| It was filmed in Gisborne, about 35 miles north of Melbourne
and Moorabbin a southern suburb. The uniforms were copied from photos of troopers found in the Melbourne State Library. The brother of the star, Russell Witts was a member of the Quarter Horse Club and he and a pal played the pursuing troopers. There was a lot of effort put into this epic as we tried to keep history intact. This was the last major adventure film that was made. |
