Ivor's Letters 1918 |
|
Towards the end of World War One after convalescing in England, Ivor Williams received several letters from a female friend back in 'Blighty'.
There was no name placed on the envelopes, only his number, unit and these sketches.
It is interesting to see that on the first ones,
he was depicted as an angel, but later, the devil. I wonder what he got up to on the
second leave?? |
