The twelth Memorial Day Service will be
held at the Puckapunyal Military Base on Sunday 14th March 2010.
Each year the dedication of the Victorian National Servicemens
A Service has been held to remember those National Servicemen who are no longer with
us.
This Service is dedicated
to all three Services, Army, Navy & Air force.
The Service is preceded by
a march past starting at the old National Service Lines. Around 200 Ex-Nashos march the distance of 1km past the
Saluting Dais and finishing in
Wreaths are laid during
the Service by Presidents of the Victorian Sub-Branches the

State Patrons Brigadier D Ball AM, RFD, ADC.
includeing representatives of the State Sub Branches.
MC For the Service was Jim
Oliver.
All Ex National Servicemen
of the three Services are most welcome to attend on these days each year.
Assembly for the march is
at 1000hrs with the Service starting at approx 1100hrs.
THE NEXT MEMORIAL DAY WILL BE HELD ON 14th MARCH 2010

STATE PICNIC |
After the completion of
the Service, members, guests and families stay on for the Annual Picnic and meet.
This is a BYO everything and members mix and have a good old chat.
Sub-Branches have for sale
various National Service memorabilia shirts etc for sale.
The day normally winds up
around 1430hrs.
